REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our food products, Ellis Brothers Signature Sauces and Catering Services does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement product at our discretion.
